Nokia BSNL GPRS Settings.

    Press Menu > Settings

A.      Connectivity  > Packet Data > Packet Data Settings > Active access point

     Select Any Access Point and Activate it.

     Then Select Edit active access point.

Select Alias for access point. Then name it bsnlnet (or Whatever you Want).

Then Press OK.

Select Packet data access point. Then type bsnlnet press OK. (For PC Internet Access)

B.      Configuration > Personal configuration settings > options  >

(i)                   Select Add new > select Web

Account name: bsnlwap

Homepage       : wap.cellone.in or google.com
User name       : Leave Blank

Password         : Leave Blank

Use preferred access pt.: select No

           

           Select Access point settings
Proxy        :  Enabled
Proxy address   :   10.220.67.131
Proxy Port       : 8080
Data Bearer    : Packet Data

            Select Bearer Settings

Packet Data access point: bsnlwap or bsnlnet

Network type                    : IPv4

Authentication type         : Normal

User Name                        : Leave Blank

Password                           : Leave Blank

(ii)                Select Add New > select Access Point

(Softwares Like Opera Mini, Nimbuzz use this Setting)

Account name:      bsnlwap or bsnlnet


Select Access point settings

Data Bearer : Packet Data

Select Bearer settings

Packet data access point: bsnlnet
Network type               : IPv4

Authentication Type        : Normal

User name                : Leave Blank
Password               : Leave Blank
  Then Back to Personal Configuration Settings  you can see that there are two settings

Both named Settings bsnlwap, activate both of them by selecting options > Activate (Both One by One.)
other phone owner search phone identical fields and enter the values.

It might work.

Other Phone Owners Enter the values of Identical Fields found in this blog and in your mobile phone packet data settings. That will work ;-)
